You can become part of our small team and support us in providing our approx. 27,000 colleagues with a secure and high-performance IT network.

We operate and monitor a multi-service network with well over 1000 network components. Our portfolio ranges from the expansion of wireless LAN and VoIP telephony to data center network infrastructures. What makes us special? We look after everything ourselves. From "switching" in the access area to "routing" in the core area, DNS and DHCP services and networks in the data center. Would you like to make access to the network even more secure, embed new processes in the load balancer or find yourself implementing IPv6?

We have many projects to promote and strengthen your personal interests.

In order to further expand the availability of our network and meet the requirements of modern network infrastructures, we are looking for motivated employees who will actively and passionately support our network team. You will support us in the implementation and standardization of new services, plan and carry out the rollout of new technologies.

What qualifications do you have?

Completed university of applied sciences/bachelor's degree in communications engineering, computer science or a comparable field of science and technology

• r equivalent skills, knowledge and experience based on the performance of corresponding activities in various information and communication technology areas with experience in these specialist areas

• Certificates (cf. ECA/CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIP/ACSA etc.),
• Network management & monitoring systems,
• Setup, structure and troubleshooting of wired and/or wireless IT networks,
• general IT knowledge (operating systems, databases) and knowledge of German (at least B2) according to the competence scale of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

• practical experience in the implementation of ICT security requirements (e.g. basic protection catalog, emergency concepts, data protection and data security),
• strong sense of responsibility, independence, flexibility and organizational skills,
• Ability to think methodically and analytically, innovatively and constructively, cooperation and coordination skills,
• Ability to work in a team
